Domus Vista Castello Hotel - Naples

Everything was great at this hotel, polite staff. Stayed in new-fashioned and large room with great views.

Amazing venue, unbeatable location just next door to Napoli in the Heart of the City as well as the royal palace, greatly enjoyed our stay. We stayed here before, always large rooms with great views.

The rooms here are modern and beautiful, equipped with central heating, a work desk, and a TV, and the beds are comfortable for a good night's sleep.

The double room was neat and comfortable, offering fantastic views.

The staff here were always polite, and the room was very clean, modern, and had lots of attention to detail.

The air-conditioned rooms at Domus Vista Castello were a life-saver for me as I have a physical handicap. I felt so comfortable and relaxed in the room. The private bathroom with a bidet was a great convenience. It made my stay hassle-free and added an extra touch of luxury. I absolutely loved the hot tub in the double room. It was such a treat to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Naples. The balcony in the double room was a lovely addition. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while taking in the beautiful views. The soundproofing in the double room was outstanding. I had a peaceful night's sleep and didn't have to worry about any noise disruptions. The availability of a safety deposit box in the air-conditioned rooms was much appreciated. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were secure.

Personally, I didn't use the spa bath in the double room. But I understand that others might find it enjoyable.

Convenient location near the port, with great dining options and a prime spot in the city center, and the friendly staff made check-in effortless.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the sea port and metro station. The room was spacious and clean, and the jacuzzi was a luxurious touch. The location was ideal, with a shopping street nearby and easy access to Capri and other islands. The massage equipment in the room was a bonus. The cleaning staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast deal at a nearby hotel was unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although the room wasn't exactly as advertised, it wasn't a deal breaker. The cigarette smoke smell in the room was bothersome, and the hotel didn't seem to address the issue effectively.

The value for money was excellent, with modern and spacious rooms. The location was really good, close to the main attractions, shopping street, and ferry port. The staff were helpful and nice.

I always return for a reason: excellent service, friendly staff found my lost item. Perfect place for me with everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, security, TV, lift. Coming back for Xmas!

The view from my room was decent, and I really appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows. Plus, having a big TV and streaming service was a nice bonus. the location was fantastic, being close to the shopping street and only a one-minute walk from the metro station. I also enjoyed the extra amenities, like the jacuzzi in the room and the massage equipment. the cleaning staff was professional, and I even got to enjoy a good breakfast at a nearby hotel for a great price. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was perfect - high quality everything, from towels to TV and massage devices. The friendly cleaning lady did her job perfectly. The room had a mini refrigerator, safe, and a hair dryer. Amenities were of super quality. The room was modern, clean, and had great views. Perfect location for taking the ferry to Ischia.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is very close to the port, so you can easily catch a boat to the nearby islands. Plus, it's just a short walk to the bustling shopping street. Everything you need is within reach!

There is a strong cigarette smoke smell in the room. It seems that smoking is allowed in the building, as there are ashtrays in the corridor.

We had an amazing stay at a fantastic location with plenty of great restaurants nearby. the room was impeccably presented and cleaned daily to a high standard. the building itself was very secure, giving us peace of mind. the balcony provided a stunning view of the Castell Nuovo and town square, which we enjoyed watching from. When we closed the doors, the room was quiet and peaceful, thanks to the good acoustics. Cons: Nothing that we didn't like. 🤷‍♀️.
